Picked up the new Whitman the other day and started reading it yesterday. Awesomeness! It's set the day Jack decides to join CTU, so there is piles of interior life going on, and some conversations with Teri about it. A few cheap shots at foreshadowing, but in a noir-ish kind of way. I loves me some noir with a side of bodice-ripper. Must have been all those garage-sale Harlequins I read in Junior High!

I'm liking it even more than the Cerasini.

In other news, the video card on my computer is well and truly fried. It fixed itself just long enough for me to write my next chapter on it, but not long enough for me to find the LAN and back it up. It's there, I just can't see it... I'm hoping to have this problem fixed by Friday. 'Cause, you know, I might need to do some work as well.

Oh, jeez. I just realized all my meetings etc. are on my Outlook on that machine, and I'm really bad at getting things onto paper as well. I might have to let Mr. Tiger take it into work and cross fingers that whomever he gets to work on it won't rummage around in the files. How embarrassing to have one of his guys reading my Jack porn! Unless it's the guy who's addicted to Superman. He might understand...
